Equity Release Mortgage Advice is a subsidiary of JLM Mortgage Services Ltd. JLM is one of the fastest organically grown mortgage networks in the UK; privately owned, enabling us to put our customers first. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. It is this approach that has seen us sign over a billion pounds’ worth of business and continue to exceed our targets.
Our founding Director Rory Joseph has over 24 years’ experience in the mortgage market and extensive knowledge in this particular area. All advisers are Cemap and CeRER qualified.
You might have heard Rory on his regular guest slot with Nick Coffer on BBC Three Counties Radio, dispensing financial advice.
Unlike other intermediary firms whose fees are based upon percentage of loan, we charge a fixed fee of £995 for every client, regardless of the loan amount.
With every client we fully analyse the advantages and disadvantages of every part of their new mortgage. We will consider fixed and variable rates, fixed and variable early repayment charges, and whether a draw down facility might their needs.
Our customer service is built on an enviable track record of transparency and ensuring customers are fully informed throughout the whole process. This approach ensures our customers are confident in the service we provide. But don't take our word for it, see what our clients have to say.
